Refund Policy

Customers from Spain and European Union countries have the right to return products within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, in accordance with European Union regulations on consumer rights. That said, we kindly We extend the deadline to 30 days .

To start a return process , the customer must contact our customer service ( info@wikari.net ) within the aforementioned period, providing information about the order number and the products they wish to return.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and with the original tags . The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or there has been a shipping error.

Once the return has been received and the condition of the product has been checked, we will proceed to refund the amount paid by the customer, excluding the original shipping costs, or to resend the same product, in a new condition .


Size changes are managed as follows: The customer will only have to pay the shipping cost of the return, and we will take care of the shipping cost of the new size. We will provide the mailing label.

Can I cancel my order?

If at any time before creating your shipping label you wish to cancel your order, it is totally acceptable , please email info@wikari.net to do so.

If your shipping label has been created , we will most likely not be able to cancel or refund your order as it will have been shipped. In certain cases, it may not have been sent yet, so we recommend sending an email to info@wikari.net to check.

If your order has been delivered to the shipping company , there is no way to cancel it as it is in the hands of the shipping company; However, if you would like a refund, please email us to schedule the return of the product.

Wikari is committed to complying with the local regulations of each country regarding returns. In the event of conflicts between our policies and local regulations, the applicable local regulations will prevail.
