Pre-sale questions

The payment options available are: card payment, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay and cash on delivery (pay on delivery).

We also have free shipping in Spain from €50 and in Europe from €105.

Our customers from Spain and Europe have the right to return the products received during the first 14 calendar days from receipt, however, from Wikari we want to extend the period up to 30 days ❤️

Shipping Questions

Shipping will depend on the type of order: express or regular shipping.

Express delivery:

If the order is express, it will be processed the same day of purchase.

Regular shipments:

If it is regular shipping, it will be processed on Mondays or Wednesdays depending on when your order was placed.

Shipping times:

Express Shipping in Spain: It takes 24-48 hours.

Regular Shipping in Spain: Takes 2-3 days, processed on Mondays or Wednesdays.

Shipping to the Rest of Europe: It takes 4-5 days.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary. If you have any specific questions about your order or shipping, please feel free to contact us at info@wikari.net.

The shipping companies we use depend on where you are shipping to.

  • If we ship to Spain by ordinary mail, the shipping company will be Correos
  • If we ship to Spain by express, the shipping company will be Correos Express.
  • If we ship to Europe, the transport company will always be DHL or Correos España.

Post-sale questions

Yes you can, as long as you comply with wikari's return policy, which can be found under the "Refund Policy" tab.

You can return the product in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defect
  • Send Error
  • First size change

Products must be returned in the following conditions:

  • without using
  • With labels
  • In the same conditions in which it arrived to the customer.

The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

Wikari is based in Almería, Spain.

We are friends in love with both the gym and anime, and we thought about combining both passions to be able to use what we like in the gym without having to give up the highest quality.
